Travis Hesketh, Vice President, Marketing and Applied Technology Europe, is responsible for sales and marketing Emerson Process Management new technologies across a broad range of industries. He has over 30 years of experience in the process control industry, including 15 years with Emerson. 

 

Travis’ career began in the process industries and developed from craft apprentice to product quality leadership at a major chemical company. He moved to Emerson in 1998 as Process Systems Sales Director for UK and Ireland.

 

Travis is a Chartered Electrical Engineer and has an Honours degree in Electrical and Electronics from Manchester University and an Honours degree in Business Studies from Hull University. He is currently the Vice Chair of the Fieldbus Foundation Steering Committee in Europe.

 

Travis is a member of the engineering industries association, Orgalime, EU Industrial Emissions Directive (IED) Task Force which represents over 100,000 companies and workforce of 7.2m.

 

He is a member of the European Union Industrial Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) bureau Monitoring Best Practice working group. It provides information to guide IPPC permit writers and operators of IPPC installations.
