Kamlesh Parmar was appointed as CEO on 18 October 2012. He has been with 3Legs since its activities commenced in 2007 and has previously held the position of Group Commercial Director and Poland Country Manager. He has overseen all aspects of the Group’s operations in Poland since inception and, in particular, has managed the successful relationship with ConocoPhillips.He has achieved recognition both for the Company’s achievements in Poland and for his own contribution to the development of the shale industry in Poland, being awarded “Professional of the Year” at Poland’s inaugural Shale Gas Awards gala in 2011. He is also one of the four members of the Management Board of OPPPW, the Polish upstream oil and gas industry association.He is currently a director of the 3Legs group of companies, as well as Darley Energy Poland Sp. z o.o., Darley Energy Plc, Tapar Limited and Tapar (PF) Limited. Within the last 5 years, he was previously a director at Castleford Mining plc and Cowley Mining plc.
